Jerry reports Gordie was proud that he had delivered 3,000 babies after becoming a doctor, and this picture is in the second floor study rooms (while three other study rooms and the entire sleeping quarters of the building were contained on the third floor). The calendar appears to match June of 1961.

The house is looking pretty good. New stucco has not yet totally replaced the damage to the Psi Upsilon insignia. There’s flashing on the parapet, which is wise to prevent moisture building under the roof, brickwork and stucco.
